No Refunds & No Returns Policy

All sales are final.

Because our products consist of digital legal document templates, guided document creation tools, and subscription-based digital services, customers receive immediate access upon successful payment. Due to the nature of digital products and instant access, refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits are not available under any circumstances.

Immediate Access & Fulfillment

Access to digital documents, templates, guided document creation tools, or subscription content constitutes delivery and full fulfillment of the product.

Once access is granted:

  • The transaction is considered complete

  • The product is deemed delivered

  • No refunds or reversals will be issued

Subscription Services

For subscription-based offerings:

  • Subscriptions may be canceled at any time to prevent future billing.

  • Cancellation does not result in a refund of any fees already paid.

  • Access will remain available through the end of the current paid billing period.

No Exceptions

Refunds or returns will not be granted for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Failure to download, access, or use documents

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect document selection

  • User error or misunderstanding of the service

  • Determination that the document is no longer needed

Customers are strongly encouraged to review all product descriptions carefully and contact us before completing a purchase with any questions regarding document suitability.

By purchasing or subscribing to any product or service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are purchasing digital products

  • Access is provided immediately upon payment

  • You waive any right to a refund or return once access is granted
